Trips record on your phone.

The iPhone and Android apps are what take the fix every thirty seconds and draw your trackline. This site replays those trips over the water as it was; it does not record them. So the history builds from the phone in your pocket, and you read it back on whatever screen is in front of you.

Fish more than one region

Pro comes with one region, and you can add another.

Before you pay

Cancelling takes four taps. Account, then Manage account, then Billing, then Cancel Subscription. No phone call and no retention offer. You keep what you paid for until the end of that billing period, and it does not renew.

We do not refund as a rule. Cancelling stops the next charge rather than returning the last one. You buy through Link, a Stripe checkout service, and Link is the merchant of record: your card statement reads LINK.COM* RIPIQ.COM, and Link can refund within 60 days of purchase under its own policy. If something has gone wrong, write to support@ripiq.com and we will look at it.

The rest of what captains ask is on the questions page.
