Delete your account
How to delete your Bite Intel account, and what happens to your information when you do.
Before you start
If you pay for Bite Intel Pro, cancel it under Manage account on ripiq.com first. An account with a live subscription cannot be deleted.
How to delete it
- In the iPhone app: open Account, choose Delete Account, enter your password (or confirm with Apple if you signed in with Apple), and confirm.
- In the Android app: open Account, choose Delete Account, enter your password (or confirm with Google if you signed in with Google), and confirm.
- On the website: sign in at ripiq.com, open Account, choose Delete account, enter your password, and confirm.
What is erased
- You're signed out on every device, and you can't sign in to this account again.
- Your name, email, photos and other personal information are erased right away.
What is kept
Your trips and catches are kept for research with nothing linking them to you, and billing records are kept as the law requires. See the Privacy Policy.
